Do you remember a few days ago when I posted about how watching kiddie cartoons made me want a grilled cheese sandwich? Well, on Food TV a few nights back I let out a gasp when they mentioned The Grilled Cheese Truck! Forget stepping up to a grimy truck and ordering the inevitable dirty water dog like you would here in Jersey.......now you can step up to a cheery bright orange truck and order a gourmet grilled cheese. How does a Double Cream Brie on Cranberry Walnut Bread with Sliced Pears and Honey sound? (Bananas!!)
Good news – the idea is genius.
Bad news – we don’t live in Los Angeles.
